"I have been a state farm customer for years. But recently it has been extremely difficult to get someone on the phone or even to call me back. Making me think of taking my business elsewhere. Im not sure if it's just this office or what. Also they had some difficulty with there computer system of updating my information, or change of information. Each time I eventually get someone on the phone I have to notify them of the change, this has happened on several occasions."

You can tell they are family and treat you like people and not a number or status! The customer service is top notch and they are extremely easy to work with. Also love that recently they gave an account credit due to Covid witch helped our family greatly. They are always checking rates and looking out for us as customers. Could not recommend this family of agents more!"

I have been a customer here for many years and I have never had any problems at all.
